Commercial Preventative Maintenance Technician
Sobieski Commercial Service of Newark, DE is looking to hire a full-time Commercial HVAC Maintenance Technician to provide our customers with 5-Star Service in preventing breakdowns on their system by performing thorough evaluations. Are you interested in a career with a growing company and supportive team? This position will earn up to $45/hr. for an excellent, well experienced and senior level Maintenance Technician. Qualifications for an HVAC Maintenance Technician:
- 4+ years of residential HVAC service experience
- EPA Certification
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical
- Licensed with knowledge of local HVAC codes
