Required Education and Licensure A master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited college or university. Provisionally licensed mental health professional (MSW, MFT, LMHC, PLPC) valid in the state of Missouri. Training in completing DAs, treatment plans and clinical case notes. Experience / Skills / Abilities Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients. Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner. Learning to work with a diverse client base. Proficient in the use of typical office technology (computers, e‑mail, etc.) and Electronic Health Record systems. Responsibilities Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create, implement, and maintain treatment plans and complete ongoing documentation. Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in the community. Full‑time requirements include obtaining at least 25 minimum billable sessions per week, primarily seeing clients in the clinic and also offering telehealth for work from home.
