Director of Rehabilitation - Skilled Nursing Facility - SNF

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Oversee all rehabilitation services within the facility.
Manage and supervise therapy staff (PT, OT, SLP, assistants).
Develop and implement patient care programs.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain quality benchmarks.
Collaborate with facility leadership on staffing and budgeting.

Qualifications:

Active license as SLP, OT, or PT
Prior supervisory or management experience in a rehab setting
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to drive clinical excellence and team performance

Job details:

Pay: $2,137.25 - $2,203.35 / week
Location: SOMERSET, NJ
Assignment Length: 13
Shift: Day - up to 40.00 hours per week
Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility - SNF
Workplace: On-site
