We are seeking a motivated Junior Manufacturing Engineer to support aerospace manufacturing operations in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.

This entry-level position will help develop and improve manufacturing processes while supporting AS9100 requirements, on-time delivery, configuration management, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and evaluate manufacturing processes using product drawings, specifications, machining methods, materials, and tooling.
• Review drawings and engineering documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflow, manufacturing efficiency, equipment layout, quality, and production processes.
• Support configuration management, Engineering Change Records (ECRs), MRB activities, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Quality, Programs, Purchasing, Planning, and Material Control.
• Track project progress, identify potential delays, and communicate updates to management.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and manufacturing best practices.

What We Are Looking For

• Entry-level knowledge or experience in engineering, manufacturing, or aerospace.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to read and work with engineering drawings and manufacturing documentation.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; Microsoft Project, SharePoint, and Epicor Vantage experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with FAR, DFARS, EAR, and ITAR requirements is preferred.
