Responsibilities Spread asphalt materials evenly using manual rakes Level and smooth asphalt surfaces to specified grades Coordinate with crew members to maintain efficient workflow Prepare work sites and assist with equipment setup as needed Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment Required Qualifications Minimum 3 years’ experience in construction or roadwork Preferred Qualifications OSHA 10 Hour certification Strong physical stamina and endurance High safety awareness and adherence to protocols Effective teamwork and communication skills Attention to detail in surface finishing
