Job Description Job Description The Restaurant General Manager will oversee all aspects of an upscale, fine dining restaurant with a cocktail lounge, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences. This role requires leadership of a large team of 50+ staff members, managing everything from daily operations to financial oversight, and coordinating events to maintain the highest standards of hospitality and quality. Responsibilities * Manage daily restaurant operations ensuring efficiency and quality service * Supervise and lead a large team of 50+ employees, fostering a collaborative work environment * Enhance the customer experience through attentive service and attention to detail * Oversee financial performance, including budgeting and cost control * Maintain inventory control and establish strong vendor relationships * Ensure consistent quality assurance across food, beverage, and service standards * Develop and train staff to uphold hospitality and operational excellence * Coordinate special events and promotions within the restaurant and cocktail lounge Preferred Qualifications * 5+ years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in upscale or fine dining settings * Fine dining GM with strong wine and cocktail Company Description Monica Bell Team is the gold standard of recruiting companies who sets the bar for others to follow.
