About the Role

Hello PTs! Come work with a woman and therapist run company doing what you love! Ampersand Therapy is hiring a part-time Physical Therapist for the 2026-2027 school year in the Oracle, AZ area. This position will be covering a school district with a very small caseload who needs services about once a month. We're seeking passionate and collaborative professionals who are excited to make a meaningful impact in the school-based setting.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

What We're Looking For

• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
• Active Arizona PT License
• Active Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Experience in school-based settings preferred
