Travel Nurse LPN/LVN, StepDown

Join our team as a dedicated LPN/LVN in a StepDown unit, where you will provide nursing care to patients transitioning from intensive care to general medical-surgical units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to RNs and physicians.
• Administer medications and assist with treatments as ordered.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living and mobility support.
• Document patient care activities and maintain accurate medical records.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to implement and update individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and families on recovery processes and discharge instructions.

Work Environment:

• The role is based in hospital stepdown or progressive care units.
• This position requires strong observation skills, adaptability, and the ability to work with patients requiring intermediate-level care.
