Description

American Traveler is seeking a travel RN for a Behavioral Health ED Hold unit, requiring 2 years of ED or behavioral health experience and active CPI or equivalent certification.

Details

• Work setting is a hospital-based Emergency Department Behavioral Health Hold unit (ED HOLD BH)
• Day shift position, 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active RN license — NC or compact license required
• Minimum 2 years of recent clinical experience in Emergency Department or Behavioral Health
• Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC accepted)
• Current ACLS certification (AHA or ARC accepted)
• Current TNCC certification required
• CPI certification required — SAMA, MAB, or ACPMA may be accepted in lieu of CPI
• NIH Stroke Scale certification required
• No certification may expire within the first 30 days of assignment start
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• US SSN and date of birth required for consideration
• One professional reference required (two required if licensed in Florida or Missouri)
