Intense Fire & Burglar Alarms is a fast-growing security systems company specializing in residential and commercial alarm systems, video surveillance, fire protection, and access control solutions . Our model combines high-ticket system installations with long-term monitoring services—creating a powerful income opportunity for top-performing sales professionals.
We are seeking driven, consultative sales professionals who want to build a high-income career in a recession-resistant industry.
What You’ll Do
Conduct in-home and on-site consultations with homeowners and business owners
Assess security risks and recommend customized solutions (alarms, cameras, access control, fire systems)
Design and present system packages tailored to client needs
Close deals that include both installation and ongoing monitoring agreements
Manage the customer relationship from consultation through installation handoff
Consistently generate and manage your own pipeline (with company support)

Average deal sizes are significantly larger than typical home service sales

Compensation
Uncapped commission structure

Monitoring contract conversions (recurring revenue)
Top performers have the ability to earn 6 figures+ annually
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and closing skills
Confidence in a consultative, in-person sales environment
Self-motivated with a high level of personal accountability
Ability to learn and present technical solutions in a simple, clear way
Previous sales experience preferred (home services, B2C, or B2B is a plus, but not required)
Preferred (But Not Required)
Experience in alarm systems, solar, roofing, or home improvement sales
Familiarity with CRM tools and pipeline management
Background in commission-based roles
