Landscape Maintenance Account Manager

Summary

We’re looking for a driven, service-minded Account Manager to lead a portfolio of commercial maintenance accounts. You’ll be the go-to for your clients—ensuring properties look their best, problems are solved fast and opportunities for improvement are always on the radar.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with clients and serve as their primary point of contact
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality and contract compliance
• Identify issues and propose solutions related to turf, plants and tree health
• Develop and sell enhancements to improve property value, safety and appearance
• Coordinate with operations teams to deliver timely, high-quality service
• Handle renewals, upsells and help grow client relationships
• Create estimates and proposals for new and existing properties

Requirements

• 3+ years in landscape account management or related field
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills
• Confidence in upselling and business development
• Knowledge of commercial landscaping and horticulture best practices
• Valid driver’s license
• Report to Charlotte location. This position is open to qualified candidates located in Columbia, SC
