This part-time position is a great opportunity for a skilled professional passionate about improving communication and swallowing abilities in a skilled nursing setting.**About Us:** Sierra Valley Rehab Center is a respected provider of skilled nursing and rehabilitation services in Porterville, California. We are committed to providing compassionate care and helping our residents reach their highest level of independence.**Responsibilities:*** Evaluate patients for speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in coordination with the care team* Provide direct therapy and caregiver/staff training as needed* Maintain accurate documentation, including daily treatment notes, evaluations, progress reports, and discharge summaries* Participate in care planning meetings and collaborate with nursing and therapy staff* Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and facility standards**Qualifications:*** Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program* Current and valid California SLP license* Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred* Prior experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute setting strongly preferred* Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills* CPR certification**What We Offer:*** Competitive hourly wage starting at $65.00* Supportive, team-oriented work environment* Flexible part-time schedule* Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of residentsIf you're a dedicated SLP looking to make a difference in a supportive and collaborative environment, **apply today** to join the team at Sierra Valley Rehab Center.We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
