Overview:Live and Work in a growing metropolitan Midwest communityResponsibilities:Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a BC/BE Neonatologist to join our team of 5 Neonatologists and 7 NNPs in Des Moines, IA.Group covers two hospitals:MercyOne Medical Center:a 60-bed Level 3 NICU with an ADC of 42; 24/7 in house coverage, full subspeciality support, care for infants down to 22 weeks gestation, active neonatal transport team.M-F Day Shift 10 hours with NNPM-F Night Shift 14 hours Neonatologist onlyWeekends 24 hours Neonatologist only** have discharge coordinator and social worker that round with neonatologist dailyNNPs have their own team with neonatology oversight** are building our NNP team with aim of having 24/7 NNP coverage as well at our level 3MercyOne W.
