Our division thrives on collaboration, continuous improvement, and a commitment to delivering excellence to our defense and aviation partners.Hours:Friday: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PMSaturday: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PMSunday: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PMMonday: 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM (Optional)Tuesday – Thursday: OFF*6% shift differential for Weekend Shift*Compensation in this role will range from $20 to $35 hourly based on experience.What You Will Do:Operate CNC machines to produce aerospace-grade components with precision and consistency.Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate machining.Perform routine machine maintenance and report any mechanical issues.Inspect finished parts using measurement tools to verify conformance to specifications.Collaborate with quality and engineering teams to troubleshoot and optimize production processes.Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards.Who You Are (Basic Qualifications):High school diploma or GED3+ years of experience operating CNC machinery in a manufacturing environmentExperience interpreting blueprints and technical drawingsExperience utilizing measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gaugesWhat Will Put You Ahead:Experience in aerospace or defense manufacturingKnowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)Familiarity with ISO or AS9100 quality standardsAbility to work with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlinesTechnical certification in CNC machining or related fieldAt Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
