- Lead, direct, and motivate a production team while coordinating daily activities to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality food production.
- Oversee production processes including drying, freezing, wet and dry processing, sifting, grinding, boxing, and packaging operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, GMPs, SOPs, PPE requirements, and Lock Out/Tag Out (LOTO) standards while promoting a safe work environment.
- Monitor product quality, perform and verify Critical Control Point (CCP) checks, participate in audits, and address quality or handling concerns promptly.
- Coordinate equipment setup, sanitation activities, production readiness, shift transitions, and scheduled cleaning tasks to support operational goals.
- Train, coach, and develop team members, assist with onboarding, communicate updates, and support employee performance and accountability.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- A minimum of two years of production experience or an equivalent combination of related experience, education, and training.
- Previous leadership or team lead experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills, including Excel, email, ERP systems, online training platforms, and file management.
- Ability to prepare reports, maintain documentation, analyze basic data, and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
- Strong math skills, attention to detail, and forklift experience preferred; forklift certification may be required with training provided as needed.
- A full-time schedule of Tuesday through Saturday, 6:30 p.m. to 4:30 a.m..

- Ability to stand, walk, and use hands and arms for reaching and handling tasks.

- Regularly lift or handle boxes, bags, or equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, pushing, and pulling of equipment throughout the shift.
- Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including respirators, hearing protection, eye protection, and head protection.
- Primarily production-based work with minimal administrative duties.
