Description Kelly Now Hiring- Electronic Assemblers Roles and Responsibilities: Assemble small parts, specifically capacitors, by accurately following patterns and diagrams. Perform soldering tasks using both machine and hand techniques as required. Maintain quality control standards throughout the assembly process. Collaborate with team members to optimize assembly efficiency and effectiveness. Ensure a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and productivity. Qualifications & Skills: Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing roles is preferred. Familiarity with soldering techniques and equipment is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
