JOB SUMMARY

CPPI-IT is looking for a motivated and energetic Business Analyst Intern to join our team and make a real impact. Reporting directly to the VP of Technology and Innovation, you will play a key role in shaping the policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that support CPPIs construction operations. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
• Must have a valid drivers license.
• Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Business, with a concentration or coursework in Project Management or Business Process Management.
• Strong written communication skills with a knack for making complex topics easy to understand.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with Visio, Lucidchart, or SharePoint is a plus.
• A positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with people at all levels.
• Interest in the construction industry or process improvement is a plus.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Help research, draft, and refine company-wide policies and SOPs that support CPPIs construction operations.
• Partner with construction operations leaders, project teams, and other stakeholders to understand processes and turn them into clear, easy-to-follow documentation.
• Build and maintain an organized library of approved policies and SOPs.
• Support the rollout and communication of new documentation across construction teams and field staff.
• Create process maps and workflow diagrams that make complex operations easier to understand.
• Review existing workflows to identify areas that could be improved, updated, or better documented.
• Contribute to broader process improvement initiatives that help CPPI operate more efficiently.
• Assist with data entry, data clean-up, and system audits to support accurate and reliable information across business systems.
• Support a variety of special projects assigned by the VP of Technology and Innovation, contributing wherever needed to help move initiatives forward.
  
• Perform other duties as assigned.
