Spall & Son HVAC Technician Method (Don't worry, we will train you to be successful!)HVAC Technician Qualifications:3+ years of residential HVAC service experienceA customer-focused mindset - you take pride in helping peopleA team player with a professional, positive attitudeValid driver's license with a clean driving recordAbility to pass a background check and drug screeningMust be able to access attics and tight spaces safelyEPA Certification requiredNATE Certification preferred (but not required)T.E.
