You typically see the same 1 - 3 people every week, allowing you to build a rapport with your clients and foster strong relationships quickly. Every day, you visit clients in their homes and support them in their daily lives. You find a balance between allowing the clients to have some independence and control while taking over when needed to make sure their needs are fully met.
