As a Forklift Operator, you'll be responsible for safely operating electric powered industrial trucks equipped with lifting devices. Your primary duties will include order picking, unloading trailers, and replenishing shelves. You'll work in both ambient and chilled environments, ensuring the efficient movement of products across our facility.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in warehouse operations and forklift usage.
- Experience with Crown stand up and sit down forklifts.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to work in temperatures ranging from 40°F to 75°F.
- Must be licensed to operate lift equipment.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs with assistance.
Preferences
- Proven forklift experience in a warehouse or distribution environment (1 to 2 years).
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn and cross train in other departments.
- Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience.
