$45–$50/hour

Ultimate Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our skilled nursing rehabilitation team. We are seeking a motivated clinician who enjoys helping residents regain strength, mobility, and confidence through individualized therapy programs and patient-centered care.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct physical therapy evaluations and create individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapy focused on gait training, balance, strengthening, endurance, mobility, and fall prevention
• Work with residents recovering from orthopedic, neurological, and post-acute conditions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehab and nursing teams to coordinate resident care
• Monitor progress and maintain accurate, timely documentation

Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist license required
• Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
• Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
