Vaccines Field Medical, Director, non-MD
Scorpion Therapeutics
Role: Vaccines Field Medical Director responsible for developing and executing medical strategies within an assigned US territory to support Pfizer's vaccine portfolio. Responsibilities include engaging external medical stakeholders to provide therapeutic expertise, educational content, and insights, while aligning with Pfizer's medical objectives and ensuring compliance. The role involves delivering scientific communication, supporting clinical trial site identification, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance patient care and population health outcomes.
Qualifications: Bachelor's in health sciences required; PharmD, PhD, or similar advanced degree with 5+ years (PharmD/PhD) or 7+ years (MBA/MSc); experience in vaccines, clinical, formulary, or managed care highly preferred. Must demonstrate leadership, external stakeholder engagement skills, and proficiency in scientific communication.
