Job Description
The Office Clerk will support a medium-sized team of 4-10 persons by managing essential administrative tasks that ensure smooth office operations. This role involves handling data entry, filing, record keeping, document management, scheduling, and providing customer support to facilitate efficient communication and organization within the team.
Responsibilities
- Field phone calls and emails from current and new customers
- Schedule repair appointments
- Enter and update data accurately into office systems
- Maintain filing systems and organize records
- Manage documents to ensure easy retrieval and compliance
- Coordinate scheduling and calendar management
- Provide support to customers and respond to inquiries
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in office administration
- Proficiency in data entry, filing, and documentation
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Customer service experience
