Responsibilities Supervises Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs for a caseload of children with autism spectrum disorders, ages 0‑22 years old, including the management of direct care staff (Behavior Technicians). Designs and supervises individualized ABA programs for children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders, ages 0‑22 years old, in natural settings (in‑home, community, schools, and center). Schedules and attends regular home visits with caregivers to review the program and provide parent coaching. Ensures clients receive interventions to meet the full extent of services authorized; adjusts staffing of the treatment team as needed. Coordinates visits to overlap with Behavior Technicians to observe sessions and provide coaching and clinical support in all settings. Analyzes session data and reviews documentation submitted by Behavior Technicians; updates programs to reflect development and progress toward goals. Assists BCBAs in initial and ongoing assessments to generate treatment plans and assessment reports. Partners with the BCBA to develop and implement Behavior Support Plans as needed. Produces progress reports and treatment plans to meet regulatory and funding requirements and submission timelines. Assists in developing and leading staff training for Behavior Technicians. Plans and leads treatment plan review meetings with families; provides parent coaching to support the plan and address implementation challenges. Travel is required. Attends staff meetings, trainings, and other meetings as requested; completes additional duties as assigned by Manager. Attains and achieves position competencies related to role responsibilities. Administrative & Qualifications Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in psychology, childhood development, childhood education, special education, pediatric therapy, or a related field; must be enrolled in an ABA master’s program (BCBA). 2 years of related professional experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders in a multi‑disciplinary team setting; knowledge of ABA, assessments, and report writing. Driver's License (Required). RBT Certification (Preferred). Experience: Applied Behavior Analysis: 1 year (Required); Clinical ABA Supervision: 1 year (Preferred). Education & Licensure Full Job Description; Must be enrolled in an ABA Master’s program; BCBA (preferred) or pursuing. Full‑time or part‑time positions; eligible for BCBA supervision hours after a 60‑day probationary period. Education requirements include a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in relevant fields and ongoing ABA master’s program enrollment. Compensation & Benefits Pay: $41.00 – $45.00 per hour, based on education and experience. Other Must be authorized to work in the US. Reasonable travel to multiple program service areas; ability to drive and maintain reliable transportation with valid license and insurance.
