Registered Nurse - Med/Surg

Location: Sierra Vista, AZ

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Night shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Med/Surg team. The successful candidate will provide compassionate care to a diverse patient population, with a focus on geriatric and adult patients, occasionally caring for pediatrics. This role requires a flexible approach to meet the needs of the unit.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality patient care in a Med/Surg setting.
• Monitor patients' conditions and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Assist in the coordination of care across the healthcare continuum.
• Participate in patient and family education.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Current RN license in the state of employment.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Med/Surg nursing experience.
• ACLS and BLS certification required.
