Quality Coordinator

Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 7:00 AM-5:30 PM Pay: $33/hr


Requirements: Must pass a 7-year background check (no felonies), drug screen, and physical.


We're seeking a highly organized Quality Coordinator to support daily operations within the Quality Department. This role manages action items, communication flow, and task prioritization to keep the team aligned and on track. No direct supervisory duties.


Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage a centralized list of Quality Department action items.
• Assign tasks to quality technicians based on Site Leader priorities.
• Track progress and follow up to ensure timely completion.
• Communicate daily with the Site Leader and quality technicians on priorities and updates.
• Facilitate weekly status reviews with the Quality team.
• Serve as the primary contact for Quality Department emails; route, respond, or escalate as needed.
• Capture action items from meetings and convert them into clear tasks.
• Complete ad-hoc tasks assigned via meetings or email.
• Escalate delays, risks, or conflicts to the Site Leader.
• Support organization, communication, and accountability within the department.

Training & Experience:

• Prior administrative, coordination, or operational experience.
