Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a variety of mechanical, electrical, and facility systems within a manufacturing environment. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership qualities, and the ability to work independently or supervise maintenance activities.

The Maintenance Mechanic will ensure optimal operation of equipment and facilities, contributing to safety, efficiency, and continuous production.

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment, electrical systems, robotics, CNC machines, laser equipment, and facility infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues using schematics, Ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools.
• Operate Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) to troubleshoot and modify control systems as needed.
• Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and maintenance documentation to identify issues and implement solutions.
• Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to document work orders, track maintenance history, and manage inventory.
• Supervise or assist with facilities maintenance projects ensuring safety standards are met.
• Lead or support team efforts in manufacturing maintenance activities with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Provide excellent customer service within internal teams by communicating effectively about maintenance status and issues.
