Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and address patient concerns. Build meaningful relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support successful recovery. Celebrate patient victories along the way. Qualifications Current licensure or certification required by state regulations. CPR certification. Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor's Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.
