Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality rehabilitative care to seniors in skilled nursing and long‑term care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans, assist with therapeutic exercises and mobility training, and document patient progress in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and caregivers, and support a dignified, patient-centered experience while advancing your skills in a supportive, growth-focused culture.
