Class A CDL Truck Drivers Earn $2180+/WK On Dedicated Account Home Weekly (Full Time) Types of Jobs: Dedicated Account Class A drivers with one-year verifiable Class A experience in the last three years are seeking a guaranteed salary, extra pay per shipment, great benefits while getting home weekly. Drivers average pay is $113,000 per year. Deliveries are 100% touch (freight preloaded and trailer hook and go). Driver’s average pay is $2190/WK with deliveries running the Northeast. Full benefits start after 60 days and include medical, vision, PTO, and 401K with matching. Drivers receive 3-5 days of training on the account. Drivers will be home weekly (not guaranteed weekends) and may take trucks home, but must have a secure place to park. Riders and pets can accompany after completing training. Job Pay and Summary Drivers pick up loads at DC just outside Rome, NY. Trailers are preloaded, and drivers hook and go. Drivers are paid a daily salary of $215/Day and $300 for every trailer unloaded. Drivers average 900-1200 miles per week and complete three loads. Drivers make 2-4 stops per trailer. Deliveries involve placing boxes weighing 1-35 lbs on a conveyor belt into the store. Store personnel handle inventory and merchandising; drivers only unload. After the 34‑hour reset at home, drivers still handle loads. Each week starts with deliveries then a trip back to DC for the next load. Orientation takes place in Dayton (about 2 days). Company pays transportation, hotel, and meals, and pays $85/Day during orientation. Training lasts 3-5 days. Driver may double‑bunk with the trainer or receive truck first and follow the trainer; either scenario is acceptable. Training is paid at the daily rate. After training drivers may bring a rider and a dog while running. Drug Test Policy Urine drug test only. A driver must never have failed or refused any type of drug test, even if they have completed SAP. Job Requirements Must live in NY, CT, MD, MA, or RI (excluding Bors or Long Island). Drivers must be 21 years old and have at least one full year of Class A experience (local, regional, or OTR). CDL must be in the state of current residence when applying. May not have more than 3 jobs in the last year or 6 jobs in the last three years. May have up to two DOT recordable accidents in the last three years, except for: no major traffic violations, no preventable rear-ends, no rollovers. Cannot have been terminated from most recent job for any reason; employer verification required. Personal vehicle may have: 15+ points, reckless, following too closely, texting or using handheld device. Commercial vehicle violations disqualify.
