Inspector - 2nd Shift

• Pay: $16.00/hour
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 4:30 PM-1:30 AM
• Position Type: 2nd Shift
• Purpose: Inspect manufactured parts, materials, and finished products to ensure they meet company quality standards, customer specifications, and production requirements.
• Content: Responsible for performing visual and dimensional inspections, identifying defects, documenting inspection results, and communicating quality concerns to supervisors or the quality team.
• Audience: Candidates with manufacturing, quality control, inspection, production, or related experience. Previous inspection experience is preferred but not required for candidates with strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
• Usage: Supports quality assurance by ensuring products meet established specifications and identifying defective or non-conforming materials before they move to the next stage of production.

• Inspect parts and finished products for defects, damage, or inconsistencies.
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections.
• Use measuring tools such as calipers, gauges, and tape measures.
• Compare products against specifications, work instructions, or quality standards.
• Identify and document defective or non-conforming products.
• Complete inspection reports, checklists, and quality documentation accurately.
• Communicate quality issues to supervisors or quality personnel.
• Assist with sorting or rework of defective materials when necessary.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety and quality procedures.
• Meet production and quality expectations while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

• Manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Previous quality inspection experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and specifications.
• Ability to use basic inspection and measuring tools.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to work the assigned 4:30 PM-1:30 AM second shift .

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and use hands frequently.
• Ability to lift and move materials as required.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing/warehouse environment.
• Must be able to wear required PPE, including safety glasses, gloves, and steel-toe footwear.
