Contract | 12-Hour Rotating Days/Nights | Expected 72 hours biweekly | 8-Week Assignment | Estimated Start: February 1

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical ICU float capacity, covering multiple critical care units as needed
• Deliver high-acuity nursing care to critically ill patients in a Level 1 Trauma environment
• Monitor, assess, and respond to changes in patient condition, implementing appropriate interventions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and execute individualized patient care plans
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts (MA) Registered Nurse license required at time of submission
• CPR certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required
• ACLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required
• Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience required
• Level 1 Trauma experience required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a float or multi-unit ICU role
• Familiarity with high-volume academic or teaching hospital environments
• Strong adaptability and ability to acclimate quickly to varying unit protocols
