Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site Residential Real Estate Agent role based in the Greater Seattle Area. The Residential Real Estate Agent will represent buyers and sellers in residential transactions, including conducting property showings, hosting open houses, preparing and presenting offers, and guiding clients through negotiation, inspection, and closing processes. The role includes prospecting for new clients, building and maintaining a pipeline of leads, and nurturing long‑term relationships with homeowners, investors, and renters. The agent will perform comparative market analyses, advise on pricing and marketing strategies, coordinate professional photography and listings, and ensure accurate, timely documentation in line with brokerage and regulatory requirements. Collaboration with the Apple Realty team, local service providers, and other real estate professionals is expected to deliver attentive, client‑centric service. Qualifications Valid Real Estate License in the state of Washington (or the ability to obtain one within a defined timeframe). Demonstrated experience or strong interest in Residential Real Estate, including working with buyers, sellers, and investment properties. Knowledge of Real Estate fundamentals, transaction processes, contracts, and local market conditions. Sales skills, including prospecting, relationship‑building, and New Home Sales or residential sales experience. Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities, with a client‑focused and ethical approach. Ability to work on‑site in the Greater Seattle Area, including evenings and weekends as needed for showings and open houses. Proficiency with basic real estate software tools, MLS platforms, and digital marketing for listings. Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and capacity to travel to properties throughout the region.
