Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments of patients to evaluate their current conditions, medical histories, functional limitations, and personal goals, ensuring a thorough understanding of each individual's needs.
• Craft individualized plans of care tailored to each patient's assessment findings, focusing on specific rehabilitation goals and desired outcomes.
• Guide patients through their rehabilitation journey by fostering understanding and agreement on their plan of care, thereby enhancing their commitment to the treatment process.
• Implement effective treatment strategies utilizing a combination of education, progressive exercise regimens, and specialized manual therapy techniques.
• Monitor and assess patient progress regularly, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Maintain detailed documentation of patient care, treatment services provided, and progress made, adhering to legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• A Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution, reflecting a strong educational foundation in the field.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in orthopedic physical rehabilitation, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of treatment modalities.

Compensation and Benefits
