Work Location Orange, California Work Shift Night – 08hrs (United States of America) Job Summary The Clinical Laboratory Scientist PD is a Licensed Medical Technologist whose primary responsibility is to perform laboratory testing on patient samples. In this capacity, the CLS performs preanalytical, analytical, and post‑analytical processes and is responsible for quality control, equipment maintenance, and all reporting and documentation. Pay Range Minimum $59.00 Midpoint $59.00 Maximum $60.00 Experience Required: Minimum six months of Clinical Laboratory experience. Preferred: Two years of Clinical Laboratory experience. Education Required: Bachelor’s degree in Biological Science. Special Skills Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Proficient computer skills. Able to relate and communicate positively, effectively, and professionally with others; work calmly and respond courteously when under pressure; collaborate and accept direction. Able to communicate effectively in English in person, in writing, and on the telephone; think critically; manage multiple assignments effectively; organize and prioritize workload; work well under pressure; problem solve; recall information with accuracy; pay close attention to detail; work independently with minimal supervision. Licensure Required: Clinical Lab Scientist‑CA (CLS); limited licensed CLS may be accepted in lieu of a general CLS. Preferred: American Society of Clinical Pathology.
