A Day in the Life As an Investment Sales Associate, your daily activities will directly impact your pipeline and your clients' success. You will: Consult & Advise: Guide clients through the development and execution of sophisticated real estate investment strategies. Analyze the Market: Prepare high-level Broker Opinions of Value (BOV), detailed market comparables, and in-depth research. Prospect & Network: Proactively build new client relationships and network with industry stakeholders to grow your influence. Negotiate & Close: Navigate exclusive listing agreements and purchase/sales agreements to get the best outcomes for your clients. Market Assets: Position exclusive property listings to our network of qualified buyers. Sharpen Your Skills: Participate in our best-in‑class training and ongoing skill‑development workshops.
