Sales Representative - Philadelphia Metro - Breast Care

Field-based sales representative role focused on promoting Stryker's breast care imaging solutions, including SPY fluorescence imaging and related technologies, to hospitals and surgical teams in the Philadelphia and Hartford regions. The position involves direct sales, clinical education, and relationship building with operating room personnel and hospital administrators.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell SPY fluorescence imaging systems, MOLLI, and Invuity products to achieve regional sales goals
• Educate surgeons, nurses, and OR staff on proper use and maintenance of imaging technologies
• Develop clinical expertise across imaging platforms, procedures, and competitive landscape
• Direct product evaluations in operating room and office settings with customers
• Build relationships with core team members and support trade shows, clinical meetings, and customer training

Requirements

• 1-5 years of proven sales experience, medical sales strongly preferred
• Knowledge of operating room environment preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent five years of commercial or medical field experience
• Clinical selling skills and credibility-building ability with surgeons and hospital staff
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
• Ability to multitask and identify new business opportunities

Compensation: $96,000 base plus commission and potential bonuses
