· Patient Ratios : N/A

· Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : 3 to 5 Scientists and 4 phlebs

· Type of equipment : High volume automation in all departments

· Documentation system: HCA Meditech

· Scheduling requirements: Work every other weekend

· Floating policy: None

· Patient Experience requirements: N/A

· Certifications: Lab is CAP and AABB certified

Hiring profile

Requested Skill Set:

Must have : ASCP certification

Advanced skills needed: Must be able to work in fast paced automated laboratory

Procedures performed on unit: Complete core lab menu

Certifications Required: MLS/MT or MLT with ASCP certification

Dress Code : (Required uniform) Gray scrubs
