What You'll Do

Lead and coordinate patient care utilizing the nursing process within regulatory standards
Assess patient needs and implement individualized teaching strategies
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver quality care
Delegate tasks appropriately to licensed and ancillary team members
Use data and clinical knowledge to evaluate and improve patient outcomes
Adapt care approaches to diverse patient populations
Maintain accurate documentation and communication throughout each shift

What You Need
Required:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Minimum of 2 years of relevant nursing experience

Preferred:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Nursing
Certification in a clinical specialty area
Proficiency in healthcare software and web-based applications
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
