Fabricator III (CNC) - 3rd Shift - $23.80/hr + $1.50 Shift Premium

Stryker seeks an experienced CNC fabricator to operate precision machining equipment and produce medical device components on the third shift. The role involves equipment setup, blueprint interpretation, quality inspection, and troubleshooting in a regulated manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machines, lathes, sheet metal equipment, and work centers
- Read blueprints and specifications to produce parts to required tolerances
- Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measurement tools
- Troubleshoot equipment, tooling, and production issues to maintain quality and output
- Complete production documentation and maintain accurate records per company procedures
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years manufacturing, machining, or machine operation experience
- Experience operating CNC machines, lathes, or fabrication equipment
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measurement tools
- Strong troubleshooting and quality inspection skills
- Ability to lift 10-50 pounds regularly, up to 75 pounds occasionally
- Capable of working in manufacturing environment with noise and temperature variations
Compensation: $23.80/hr + $1.50 shift premium, plus bonus potential and benefits
