Are you a dedicated and caring Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others? Look no further! We are now seeking exceptional LPNs like you to join our compassionate team of healthcare professionals to provide direct nursing care to persons with developmental and physical disabilities.

You will work in community group homes in the Beaver County area. You will provide oversight of medical care for 4-6 individuals per home during your shift. You will be required to travel between homes as needed. You will ensure physician orders, medications and treatments are carried out as well as perform general health monitoring.

Pay Rate: $40 Hourly

LPN/Licensed Practical Nurse Requirements:

• Graduate from an accredited practical/vocational nursing program
• Current license as an LPN in the Commonwealth of PA
• One year of experience as an LPN preferred
• Genuine interest in working with individuals with physical and developmental disabilities
• A current and valid PA driver's license and reliable transportation may be required
• CPR/BLS Certified
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Strong patient assessment skills and demonstrated clinical competency
