Job Description
Title: RN - ICU

Schedule:
Shift: 12-hour nights, 1900-0700
Weekend Requirements: Every 3rd weekend
On-Call Requirements: Dependent on census and staffing
Holiday Requirements: 1 major and 1 minor

Assignment Details:
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: Not specified

Requirements:
- License: RN
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, TNCC preferred
- Experience: 2 years of ICU RN experience
- EMR: Experience with Altera Sunrise (similar to Cerner) is not required but noted

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the ICU.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions continually.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
- Educate patients and families about health conditions and care plans.
- Float to the Stepdown/PCU unit as needed.

Compliance / Notes:
- Nicotine-free facility
- Bi-weekly pay
- Client may cancel one shift per pay period without penalty
- Orientation includes multiple days of training before starting on units
