Employees who are employed at Calipatria State Prison for 12 consecutive, qualifying pay periods, will receive an annual $2,600 recruitment and retention bonus. In addition, this classification is eligible for an annual recruitment and retention bonus of $2,400 after completion of 12 months in the classification, $3,000 after completion of 24 months in the classification, $3;600 after completion of 36 months in the classification, and $4,800 after completion of 48 months in the classification.
