Family Medicine Physician

Family Medicine Physician – Hazleton, PA Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN) is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our Hazleton practice. Location: Hazleton, Pennsylvania. Practice includes 2 physicians and 1 APC. The office hours are Monday‑Friday 8 a.m.–4:30 p.m. with call responsibilities rotated among clinicians in the region. Patient slot durations are 40 minutes for new and wellness/preventive visits (under 45 years old), 45 minutes for older, child wellness, TOC, and medical clearance, and 20 minutes for return patients and acute visits. Responsibilities and Benefits Flexible Monday‑Friday schedules. Call is shared with other practices in the region and goes to nurse triage first.
