Payroll Specialist – Knoxville, TN
\nAre you an experienced payroll professional who loves accuracy, organization, and being part of a great team? We’re looking for a Payroll Specialist to join a growing organization and play an important role in weekly payroll operations.
\nWhat You’ll Do:
\n- \n
- Process weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees \n
- Review timecards, earnings, deductions, and payroll data \n
- Assist with payroll taxes, W-2s, and year-end reporting \n
- Support Certified Payroll requirements \n
- Assist employees with payroll-related questions \n
What You Bring:
\n- \n
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience \n
- Strong attention to detail \n
- Knowledge of payroll taxes \n
- Ability to work on-site in Knoxville, TN \n
Construction payroll, Certified Payroll/prevailing wage, and experience with Foundation, CenterPoint, or ADP Workforce Now are strong pluses.
