Warehouse Associate - Part Time

Job DescriptionRelentless Brands is looking for a dependable and motivated part-time Warehouse & Production Associate to join our team in Brighton, Michigan. This position supports the day-to-day operation of our eCommerce business through order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, inventory management, and product production.We are not looking for someone who already knows how to do everything. Previous warehouse or eCommerce experience is helpful, but we are more interested in finding someone who is reliable, willing to learn, and interested in growing with the company. We provide training on our equipment, software, and processes.ResponsibilitiesPick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficientlyProcess orders and prepare shipments using shipping softwareReceive incoming inventory and verify shipmentsStock, organize, and maintain warehouse inventoryPerform inventory counts and help maintain accurate inventory recordsPrepare products and materials for fulfillment and productionOperate 3D printers used in product production after trainingRemove completed prints, start new print jobs, and perform basic quality checksLearn basic 3D printer troubleshooting and routine production proceduresInspect products for quality and accuracyMaintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouseAssist with other warehouse, production, and eCommerce tasks as neededWhat We're Looking ForDependable and punctualDetail-oriented and organizedWilling to learn new skills, equipment, and softwareAble to follow procedures and complete work accuratelyComfortable asking questions when unsureAble to work independently once trainedComfortable using computers and learning new systemsWilling to help wherever needed in a small-business environmentInterested in learning additional responsibilities and growing with the companyAble to meet the physical requirements of warehouse workSome weekend availability is requiredHelpful, But Not RequiredPrevious warehouse, shipping, receiving, or order fulfillment experienceForklift experienceExperience with ShipStation, Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, or similar eCommerce and shipping platformsPrevious 3D printing or production experiencePhysical RequirementsThis is an active warehouse position that requires regular standing, walking, bending, reaching, and handling of merchandise and packages throughout the workday.
