We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have a Real Estate Title Division Manager opportunity with a well-established national Title Company for the Orlando, FL area.

$70-75K base salary plus incentive for a total yearly compensation of $160-165K

Summary:
The Division Manager is responsible for managing the production of employees and all operations. The role will also be responsible for providing title services to customers and acting as the liaison between the mortgage division and the builder. The Division Manager will ensure employee performance and standards are met, in addition to providing training to staff.

Your specific duties will include:

• Manages work activities and operations of a functional area or department that supports the title process.
• Provides input to operational plans and works with Senior Management to ensure that plans are integrated with broader strategies.
• Acts as a liaison with Escrow/Division managers and leaders of other functions/ operations/ business units and provides feedback and resolution on escalated issues, process issues/changes, and results. Coordinate and monitor efforts between groups.
• Analyze and improve processes and quality of output with all Orlando branch locations.
• Track and monitor expenses; role may include office management -type duties.
• Extensive experience in the title and escrow industry, including residential, commercial, subdivision, and exchanges.
• Works on a diverse range of problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors and an understanding of current business and trends.
• Exercises judgment within generally defined practices and policies in determining objectives and approaches to project completion.
• Receives assignments in the form of objectives, establishes goals, and assigns resources to meet schedules and goals
• Work is reviewed in terms of meeting product, project, or operational objectives, quality, schedules, and budgets
• Interacts with Management and peers in other departments for purposes of gaining cooperation, exchanging technical information, and presenting project plans and reports.
• Regularly reviews the quality of work and may spot check complete escrow files to ensure adherence to customer requests as well as to company policies and procedures.
• Assists customers by resolving complaints, expedit­ing orders, explaining procedures, pricing schedules, etc.
• Actively recruit, retain, and develop talent and hold employees accountable for results.

Required qualifications for the position include :

• FL Title Agent License
• Strong skills with processes and being detail-oriented.
• Strong computer skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to be a leader.

Preferred qualifications for the position include :

• 5-7 years of related experience
• 3-5 years supervisory or management
• SoftPro software experience.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits, including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
