Talent Architect & People Ops Lead - Hybrid NYC

Quinlan Partners in New York City seeks a hands-on People & Talent Lead to build and scale our people programs. This is the first full-time HR leader in NYC, working in a hybrid model with at least three days on-site. You will own talent acquisition, process architecture, and employee relations, partnering with executive leadership to drive culture, performance, and compliance.
