Estate Planning Associate Attorney

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Attorney with experience in Estate Planning to join our growing law firm in Florida. This is a role ideal for a candidate who thrives in a collaborative office environment and is committed to providing exceptional legal services to individuals, families, and business clients.Learn more about the general tasks related to this opportunity below, as well as required skills.Key ResponsibilitiesDraft and review estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directivesAdvise clients on estate, gift, and income tax planning strategiesAssist clients with asset protection and wealth transfer planningProvide legal guidance on business tax matters, including entity structuring and tax implicationsHandle probate and trust administration matters as neededStay up to date on federal and Florida state tax laws and regulationsCollaborate with clients, financial advisors, and other professionals to develop comprehensive legal strategiesMaintain strong client relationships through effective communication and high-quality serviceQualificationsJuris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law schoolActive license to practice law in the State of FloridaMinimum of 3+ years of experience in estate planning and tax law (preferred; can adjust based on your Experience)Strong understanding of federal and Florida estate and tax regulationsExperience with probate and trust administration is a plusExcellent drafting, analytical, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple matters efficiently and meet deadlinesDetail-oriented with a strong commitment to client serviceAbout Absolute Law GroupAt Absolute Law Group, we are more than just a law firm, we are a team dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate some of life's most important decisions.
