Warehouse Packer- 2nd ShiftOur client, a leading logistics and distribution company, is seeking a Warehouse Packer- 2nd Shift to join their team. As a Warehouse Packer- 2nd Shift, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting shipping and receiving. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Warehouse Packer- 2nd Shift (Heavy Lifting involved)Location: Brewster, NYPay Range: $16.00/hrShift: Monday-Friday, 3:30pm-12:00amWhat's the Job?Packing items into boxes prior to shipmentScanning items with scan gun to ensure accurate shipment processingPerforming general warehouse duties including picking and packingLoading pallets using pallet jacks for shipment readinessTracking shipments and managing emails related to warehouse operationsWhat's Needed?Ability to read and understand English language for picking slips and ordersExperience with scan guns or similar barcode scanning devicesStrong attention to detail to ensure accuracyComfortable using a computer to track shipments and communicate via emailAbility to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.What's in it for me?Opportunity to gain valuable warehouse experiencePotential for temp-to-perm employmentSupportive team environmentWork in a fast-paced, dynamic settingDevelop skills in logistics and warehouse operationsUpon completion of waiting period associates are eligible for:Medical and Prescription Drug PlansDental PlanSupplemental Life InsuranceShort Term Disability Insurance401(k)
